Equestrian Day Camp Program Policies
A non-refundable $100.00 deposit per session per child is required upon registration along with a $25.00 annual administration fee.  The deposit and administrative fee are both non-refundable and nontransferable between sessions and campers. 

CIT Program Policies
A non-refundable $50.00 deposit per session per CIT is required upon registration along with a $25.00 administration fee.  The deposit and administrative fee are non-refundable and nontransferable between sessions.

Registration Policies for all Programs
  • Statements will be sent in three installments due April 1st, May 1st and the balance due in full on June 1st.  The full balance is due on June 1st regardless of when registration is made.
  • No refunds will be made for absence, withdrawal or dismissal.
  • There will be an open house on Saturday, June 4, 2011 from 10am to 1pm where parents and campers can meet the Director and Staff and tour the facility.
  • Campers with special needs or physical limitations may be enrolled after consultation with the Director and the Health Care Administrator to ensure the safety of all campers.  Parents or guardians are responsible for notifying the Director of these special needs and/or physical limitations at the time of registration.
  • Campers must be 6 years of age on June 1st.
  • Campers must provide proof of immunization and current physical examination.
  • There is a $25.00 fee for checks returned by the bank with replacement payments accepted by bank check or cash only along with any bank charges assessed the camp.
  • The camp reserves the right to dismiss a camper when, in their judgment, the camper's behavior interferes with the rights and/or safety of others with no refund offered.
